My daily routine
I wake up at six o’clock.
I get up at half past six.
I wash my face. I have a shower. Then I comb my hair and get dressed.
Next I have biscuit and milk for breakfast.
I got to school / work by bus.
I usually have seven lessons. Then I eat lunch at the canteen at half past two.
In the afternoon I do my homework / I do housework, then I meet my friends.
In the evening I have dinner at seven. Next I surf on the Net or watch TV.
At the weekend I go swimming / meet my friends / visit my grandma.
A healthy lifestyle
I think I am healthy. I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, fish and rice. I don’t eat much junk food. Sometimes I eat some chocolate, but I don’t like fast food. So I never eat hamburgers and pizza. And I don’t drink coke, just mineral water or fruit juice. I never smoke and I don’t drink much alcohol. I regularly do exercise. I like running, cycling and walking. I am usually happy I am not often stressed.
